About Vic

Victoria is a Puerto Rican and Albanian Producer and Director born and raised in New York City.

She began her producing journey directly out of college at The Play Company where she worked with the producing team for their production of Oh My Sweet Land. This play successfully managed an ambitious producing model of staging the production in apartments around New York City. After six months at The Play Company she was accepted into Tectonic Theater Project’s first Moment Work Training Conservatory studying under Barbara Pitts McAdams, Scott Barrow and Moisés Kaufman.

Shortly after, she was accepted into the 2050 Administrative Fellowship at New York Theatre Workshop for their 2018-2019 season.  In her time there, she worked on the productions of Slave Play, What The Constitution Means to Me, and Hurricane Diane.

In 2019 Victoria joined the team at Octopus Theatricals, working under Mara Isaacs. Some projects Victoria worked on during her time included Hadestown, And So We Walked, and Theatre For One. Victoria has previously worked as the Associate Producer at Broadway & Beyond Theatricals. While at Broadway & Beyond, Victoria worked on the tour of Madeline Sayet’s Where We Belong, and was the Associate Producer on the Broadway production of The Kite Runner.

Victoria was one of the founding members of the RISE Theatre Directory created in partnership with Maestra Music and the Miranda Family Fund. Currently, Victoria manages the directory and the other programming in her role of Program Manager for RISE Theatre.

Victoria is a graduate of Theatre Producers Of Color’s Producing 101 Course and an inaugural member of The Shubert Organization's Artistic Circle Initiative. She was a member of The 2023 Broadway League’s Rising Star Fellowship cohort, a current Broadway League Fellow and is a recipient of the “The Stacey Mindich ‘Go Work in Theater' Award”, Lilly Awards 2021.

Victoria is passionate about community building and DEIA work in her field. She is currently a member of The Play Company’s board and is a member of the team that re-launched Theatrical Happy Hour, a quarterly event designated for theater administrators to meet and connect in person.
